Who has which licence, and what it costs you
When you sell licences through resellers, you need to know who has which one, and what each month costs you.
Small businesses got the web from local providers and the people who build on them. We want them to get their AI the same way.
§ 02
How licences work
1. Your partner contract.
We agree the terms with you directly. You see your contract in the Partner Center, read-only.
2. Licences for your customers.
Issue a licence in an edition your contract includes. Later you can suspend it, resume it, end it or change its edition.
3. A statement each month.
You watch it build up during the month. Once the month closes and we have reviewed it, it is final, and you download it as CSV or JSON.

What you do in the Partner Center

| Licences | Pick the customer, the contract and the edition, and the licence is issued. Its key is shown once, so copy it and give it to your customer. You can also enter it in their panel yourself. Their panel then checks the key with our licensing service. |

Caution
A suspended licence still counts on your statement until you end it. Suspending sends no command to stop the customer's apps. Ending a licence is permanent: its key stops working, and a returning customer needs a new licence.

Connect your own systems
The Partner API lets a program do what your team does in the Partner Center. It can create customers, issue and suspend licences, move licences and fetch statements. Version 2.17.0 documents 32 operations.
API tokens are either read-only or read and write. Each token is shown once, when you create it. Only owners and members can manage tokens. A read and write token can also create and revoke tokens, so keep it like a password.
Note
Managing your team, adding resellers, viewing contracts and moving a whole customer happen in the Partner Center itself. The Partner API has its own address and tokens, separate from the panel's API. It comes with no ready-made connector for billing systems such as WHMCS or Blesta.

Two kinds of reseller
In the Partner Center, your partners sell AI Admin Panel licences to their own customers. Each paid licence is bound to one installation, and each installation is one panel.
Inside your panel, resellers look after their own customers' apps on your server. They come with the Web Host edition.

How to become a partner
We agree partner terms with each partner directly, and we don't publish them on this site.
When we start working together, we create your Partner Center account. You get an invitation by email, and you set your own password. The link works once and for 12 hours. If it runs out, ask us for a new one.

Questions partners ask
Does the Partner Center bill my customers?
No. It records what you owe us for panel licences. You invoice your own customers from your own billing system.
What happens when a customer stops paying you?
You can suspend their licence and resume it later. A suspended licence still counts on your statement until you end it. Ending it is permanent, so suspend first when you're unsure.
Which editions can I sell?
The panel has three editions: Free, Power User and Web Host. Your contract sets which of them you can issue.
Can my resellers see each other's customers?
No. Each partner sees the customers in their own account and in the accounts below it. Partners at the same level can't see each other.
